- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Method:

Heat a frying pan and add the coconut oil, followed by the crumble mix.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
Set aside and dry-wipe the pan when it cools.
Prepare the Fruit Base:
Chop the peaches into 1cm pieces.
Add coconut oil to the warm frying pan.
Add the peaches and cinnamon, cooking for 3 minutes while stirring to prevent burning.
Place a lid on the pan to steam through for another 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the Peach Crumble:
Serve with the crumble sprinkled on top of the warm, cooked peaches.
